Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, verified mobile number, email when supplied, account role, delivery address, order details, provider application details, listings, and support communications.

We also collect limited technical and security information such as IP address, session identifiers, device or browser data, authentication attempts, and service logs needed to protect and operate AllSouk.

How information is used

Information is used to create and verify accounts, process and deliver orders, notify customers and providers, operate support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve services, comply with law, and enforce platform rules.

WhatsApp and email may be used for OTP codes, account notices, provider reviews, order confirmations, preparation messages, and order-status updates.

Marketplace sharing

For multi-provider checkouts, each provider receives only its own assigned products and the customer details reasonably required to prepare and fulfil that provider order. Other providers and their goods are not disclosed in that preparation message.

Information may also be shared with delivery companies, hosting and infrastructure vendors, WhatsApp and email delivery services, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary for the stated purposes or required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for accounts, transactions, legal obligations, disputes, safety, and fraud prevention. Short-lived OTP records and messaging logs are automatically pruned according to configured retention limits.

We use access controls, encrypted sessions and sensitive settings, rate limits, expiring tokens, audit records, and provider-scoped authorization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may update supported account details and contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction or security records may be retained when required by law or legitimate platform needs.

You may stop optional communications where offered, but essential authentication, safety, and order messages are required to provide the requested service.
