Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing AllSouk or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account and contact information and use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Account verification may be completed through one-time codes delivered by WhatsApp. You are responsible for protecting access to your verified mobile number and account.

Marketplace role

AllSouk operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provider shown for an item is the seller and is responsible for that item.

A checkout may be divided into separate provider or shop orders. Preparation, availability, delivery timing, cancellation, and fulfilment may therefore differ between portions of the same checkout.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices, discounts, stock, delivery fees, and estimated availability are shown before an order is placed. Current launch orders use cash on delivery unless another method is explicitly displayed.

An order may be cancelled or adjusted when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, delivery is not possible, or fulfilment would violate law or platform policy.

Provider obligations

Providers must publish accurate listings, maintain current stock and prices, prepare only their assigned order items, protect customer information, and comply with applicable consumer, tax, product, food, and licensing requirements.

Providers may not use customer information for unrelated marketing or disclose it to another provider. Access may be suspended for unsafe goods, misleading listings, abuse, fraud, or repeated fulfilment failures.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, dangerous, deceptive, or abusive content; interfere with platform security; scrape protected data; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access.

Liability and disputes

AllSouk uses reasonable care to operate the platform securely but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the conduct of every independent provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Lebanon. Contact support@allsouk.com first so that order or account concerns can be reviewed promptly.

Changes

These Terms may be updated when services, laws, or platform practices change. The current version and effective date will remain published on this page.
